STEP 2: PLACE DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit placed on a credit card will secure the equipment for the rental period. A deposit isn’t required but without it there’s no guarantee the equipment will be available for your dates.
STEP 3: PROVIDE INSURANCE CERTIFICATE
Our name, 3:13 FILMS, LLC must be placed on your insurance certificate as "Additionally
Insured and Loss Payee." Before the release of equipment wee must receive a valid certificate of
insurance. For inexpensive items, a deposit equal to the value of the item is required. The insurance
certificate needs to be sent to us at least one business day prior to your pick up. The certificate must
stipulate that the renter is providing All Risk coverage greater than or equal to the Replacement Cost
of all equipment rented from 3:13 Films. To the right, view the sample Insurance Certificate as

STEP 4: PROVIDE COPY OF DRIVERS LICENSE & CREDIT CARD
Please use your camera / scanner / iPhone to create images of your driver's license and credit card. Faxes and photocopies are not accepted. Email the jpeg photos to:
STEP 4: SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ITEMIZED EQUIPMENT LIST
Before you arrive to pick up the equipment, a rental agreement will be emailed to you to be signed. Please sign and email the agreement back to us - When you arrive to pick up the equipment, an itemized list of the equipment will be provided to you to sign.
STEP 4: PROVIDE FULL PAYMENT AT PICKUP
We required that payment be made upon pickup of the equipment. We accept Cash and Credit Card. A 3% fee is added to payments made through credit cards. Equipment must be returned by 10:00 AM the day the equipment is to be returned. Renter pays penalty fee if not returned on time.
